About Project
Brainvire’s team has mapped Odoo with the client’s current system (MERP). This system is a boon to sales executives as it simplifies the order process. The system also possesses a unique color-coding attribute that is not available in the usual Odoo interface. The client is a certified retailer of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and aftermarket auto parts and accessories. They aim to offer good quality performance parts excluding the trouble of brokerage fees and customs duties.
What we did
Brainvire added the filters of Rims and Tires to make the Search more effective. An increase in sales by 41% and improved efficiency in processing transactions were possible due to Odoo. Lack of order management was successfully managed. The Brainvire team implemented a ‘Kit break down’ functionality that helped to keep track of all orders. The sales agent can carry out a fitment check and fraud check of each product. This helped to create proper workflow as the system can hold and release the order.
Customised Bucket management system was developed which eased order processing. Automated order processing on vendor portal for dropshipping concept and managed complex accounting.
